  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 red bell pepper
    1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of green beans (instead of pumpkin)
    2 handfuls of spinach (broccoli may be preferred instead)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, grated
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme, ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of chili pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley

How to make a detox soup?

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Add onion, carrot and celery stalk and turn in light olive oil. Add the garlic and red pepper and mix. Then add the green beans and grated tomatoes, add enough hot water to cover the top and let it boil.

After boiling, add the spinach and spices and close the lid, turn down the stove for 5 minutes and wait for the ingredients to identify and soften.
After cooking, you can blend the soup according to your wishes. Serve hot / lukewarm with the addition of fresh parsley and lemon as desired. 1 week in the refrigerator, if you put it in the freezer in small bags, it will go on for a few months.
